Sound enhancement cost varies with severity.
Removing intermittent noises such as coughing or microphone movement retains original voice quality. Underlying hiss or hum removal degrades voice quality somewhat, making the voice sound clearer - but with a slightly tinny overtone.
The following "before - after" sound clip has three coughs and background hiss removed. It has a replay of the same sound clip.
The language is English, but with a heavy Irish brogue sounding almost like Celtic. The original is a VERY old amateur cassette recording made under highly unfavorable conditions.
